Bench Build Co

Every event below is an HTTP call to a real /api/ingest/* endpoint with the real key. The approval gate, RLS, the schemas and idempotency all still apply — a 409 is a result, not a failure.

Builds

One per stage, so every survey renders — plus the three states that make a link refuse: no consent, STOP, and an expired token. All three land on the same page, which is the thing worth checking.

Survey links open on http://pulse.devspulse.net, a different origin from this page — that split is deliberate.

Pulses that will never send

Scheduled, more than 48 hours overdue, and why. The failure a workflow cannot see from outside: POST /api/ingest/pulse answers 201 Created and the row never reaches n8n_pulses_due, because a join it has no sight of excludes it. No error anywhere.

  • LiamContractno_consent585h overdue
  • MeiFrame & Lockupopted_out585h overdue

Same view ABR staff read as admin_pulse_stalls — one definition of the reasons, because they mirror n8n_pulses_due and two copies would drift.

Alerts

What the queue has to work with. A draft is what the coordinator approves. In live use W5 writes it through POST /api/ingest/alert-draft; the form below makes the same call.

Draft the reply

Writes status = draft and nothing else — the approval gate is downstream. A second press for the same alert answers 200 with the draft already there; once approved, it answers 409.

raisedopt-out0 messages

Raised by a STOP. No score, no words, and no message will ever be drafted for it.

Never stamps acknowledged_at — escalation is not acknowledgement.

raisedhigh0 messages

“Nobody has called me back about the driveway.”

Never stamps acknowledged_at — escalation is not acknowledgement.

Other events

The two that aren't tied to one build.

Keyed on (mobile, builder), never the build — a repeat customer’s other build goes quiet too.
